Troubleshooting
Bulin 47 video not working? Fix uploads, black playback and blurry faces
Quick answer
Find your symptom, check the existing task and avoid paying for a new generation to fix a viewing problem.
Before you begin
- Check My Creations before resubmitting after a timeout or page refresh.
- A completed file that plays locally needs different checks from a failed generation.
- Report the task, exact symptom and what you tested rather than sending account secrets.
If your Bulin 47 video is not working, first ask: was a task created, and what does its record say? An image that will not open, a task still processing and a completed video with a black player are different problems. Buying more credits or repeatedly pressing Generate is not a useful first check.
No task yet: the photo will not load or submit
Start with the exact message beside the photo or generate control. Check the file independently of the website by opening it on your device.
| What you see | Check | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Unsupported type | The actual file format | Export JPG, PNG or WebP; do not just rename the extension |
| File too large | File size, not image dimensions | Save a copy at or below 10 MB and inspect the face again |
| Image too small | Width and height separately | Both must be at least 256px; choose a better original if detail is missing |
| Image cannot be read | Whether the original opens normally | Re-export from the original or select another supported file |
| Sign-in or permission needed | Account state and authorization checkbox | Finish those steps, then recheck the selected photo |
| Upload or generation unavailable | The service message | Follow it or contact support; a different portrait does not restore service availability |
A phone photo in another format needs a real conversion. A local preview confirms only that a picture was selected; it is not an uploaded result or a generated test. After signing in or switching browsers, check that the intended photo is still selected before submitting.
If an upload stalls, keep the original file. Before refreshing and trying again, inspect My Creations to see whether a task was already created. A network interruption can hide the response without proving that nothing started.
A task exists: it is processing or the status check failed
Use the same signed-in account that submitted the task. Reopen its existing record instead of starting again from the landing page. Note the approximate submission time so you can distinguish similar attempts.
- Still processing: continue checking that task. There is no guaranteed finish time, and a long wait alone is not failure.
- Status check error: use the existing status retry or reopen My Creations. A failed check does not necessarily mean a failed generation.
- Recorded as failed: read the message before trying again. Consumed credits are returned for failed-state tasks; fix a stated file or permission issue first.
- Finished without a playable result: keep the record and report it rather than assuming a new charge is necessary.
If the task is absent, verify the account and whether you actually submitted beyond the local photo preview. Do not assume that a selected image or a loading animation establishes a completed submission.
Completed, but the video is black or will not download
Try these checks without generating another video:
- Pause other videos on the page and reopen the completed result.
- Use the task's download control and let the download finish fully.
- Play the saved file in your device's usual video player.
- If it plays locally, try the website in an updated browser or on a different stable connection.
- If the download fails or the saved file also fails to play, report that specific task.
A file that plays locally suggests a browser or streaming issue is worth investigating; it does not prove the exact cause. A file that is incomplete should not be judged for facial quality. Record whether other images or videos on the page also fail, and whether the problem affects only one task.
If you already downloaded a good copy, keep it. Refreshing playback or retrying a download is different from requesting a new render.
It plays, but the face or person is wrong
Compare the full output with the input, not only the cover frame.
| Observable symptom | First comparison | Useful next action |
|---|---|---|
| Face is blurred throughout | Check eyes and mouth in the original photo | Try a sharper, evenly lit original at the same quality |
| Face changes during a head turn | Compare the visible angle and hidden facial features | Note the moment; another portrait may help, but no perfect-turn guarantee applies |
| Main character does not resemble the intended person | Check extra faces, reflections and the selected photo | Use one clear adult portrait as the main-character reference |
| Hair or clothes look different | Check how much was visible in the input | Use clearer upper-body context if it matters; exact styling is not promised |
| Hands merge or onlookers change | Review the relevant motion and occlusion | Keep a timestamp; resolution alone is not a guaranteed repair |
Your photo guides a new main character. The video guides style, rhythm, camera and atmosphere, including shoulder-led energy and warm red lighting. Judge the result as a newly generated scene; different bystanders or gestures do not by themselves mean that an original shot was edited incorrectly. The creation guide explains how to read the reference.
If you try another photo, change one thing at a time. For example, replace the dark party portrait with a clear daylight photo while keeping the quality choice. See the portrait checklist. New attempts consume credits and may still vary; do not treat “not quite what I hoped” as a guarantee that the next tier will fix it.
It plays, but there is no sound or the lips do not match
First unmute the player, check the device volume and see whether sound is routed to headphones. Then listen to the downloaded file. A muted webpage is not proof of a silent file.
If the file has audio but it is not what you expected, distinguish that from a broken download. Audio handling depends on source permissions and service support. The product does not clone your voice. If you replace a soundtrack in an editor, it does not change the already-generated mouth movement.
The audio and sharing guide separates silent playback, doubled tracks, an incorrect starting point and drift later in the clip. Diagnose those before paying for another generation.
The task and credit balance seem inconsistent
Check both the recorded task state and the refreshed balance. A slow or timed-out request is not automatically recorded as failed. Failed-state tasks return the consumed credits; an appearance concern in a completed result is a different question.
Keep the task identifier, quality, approximate time and the charge you expected. Cash refunds are handled separately under the refund policy. Do not make another purchase solely to reload an existing clip or to investigate a returned balance.
Send a report that can actually be investigated
Use the contact page with a compact description such as:
Task identifier:
Approximate submission time and time zone:
Requested quality:
Recorded task status:
Exact error or visible symptom:
Device and browser:
Does the downloaded file play locally?
Steps already tried:
For a visual issue, include the point in the clip where it appears. For playback, mention whether other media loads and whether another connection changes the behavior. For a balance question, state the relevant task and expected charge. Do not send passwords, keys, full payment-card details or private identity documents.
Once you know whether the issue is the input, the service, playback or the generated result, decide whether you need a correction, support or genuinely a new attempt. Return to the generator only when a new submission is the action you intend.
