Project and current availability

BULIN 47 uses one authorized adult photo as the appearance reference and a Bulin 47 video as the style, rhythm and camera reference to generate a new 15-second, 9:16 video. It does not preserve the original frame by frame or promise an exact face swap or lip sync. The model is asked to generate audio; original sound, a particular music track and audible output are not guaranteed. This independent site has no artist affiliation or endorsement. A reference preview is not a result generated by this site or a license to use its image or music.

Generation requires sign-in and a ready generation service. Checkout is currently unavailable because no payment channel is enabled. The page reports service availability; an unavailable service does not accept its request. The legal operator and source-media permissions have not been verified. Reference previews must not be mistaken for this site’s generated results.

Accounts and permitted photos

Use is limited to adults aged 18 or older. Keep your credentials private. Upload only your own portrait or a photo for which you have the photographer's rights and explicit permission from every depicted adult for the intended AI processing and sharing. Do not upload children, identity documents or private images. Consent does not permit content prohibited below.

Content standards

These rules cover uploads, prompts, outputs and their distribution. Do not create or submit:

• Nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate depictions.
• Graphic violence, torture, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm or extremist violence.
• Hate, harassment or discrimination targeting protected characteristics.
• Any sexual, exploitative, abusive or otherwise unsafe depiction of minors.
• Deceptive impersonations, identity misuse, fabricated endorsements or synthetic media presented as evidence of real speech, conduct or events.
• Unlicensed photos, video, music, logos or other material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

Fraud, illegal activity and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited. Do not impersonate Bulin 47 or suggest artist participation or endorsement. Identify shared results clearly as AI-generated fiction and follow the publishing platform's rules.

Review and safeguards

Content restrictions apply to reference materials, uploads and results. Provider safeguards depend on the service actually configured. The operator may investigate reports and take proportionate action using relevant evidence. We do not claim that every file is automatically screened or approved by a person. Do not bypass a provider safety rejection.

Reports and rights complaints

For a request you can track in your account, use support tickets after signing in. The published email is admin@bulin47.co, but receipt of email has not been verified; Contact explains the available channels. Include a task or order ID and the relevant URL, never passwords or full card details.

For a report, provide a page or result URL, task ID if known, the concern, your connection to any rights claim and a reply channel. Do not submit illegal files, passwords or unrelated private photos. Reports should be assessed using relevant evidence; child safety, serious harm and identity abuse require priority. A report does not guarantee removal or a fixed response time. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Decisions and appeals

Depending on severity and evidence, the operator may warn, stop tasks, restrict access or remove files and links under its control, and refer unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required or permitted. These are case-specific actions; no universal automated deletion or ban system is promised. Copies already downloaded or published elsewhere may remain. Affected users may request reconsideration through the available support channel with the case ID and relevant evidence. Billing and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Credits, rights and service limits

Credit packs are one-time purchases: US$9.90 for 50 credits, US$19.90 for 105 credits, and US$29.90 for 160 credits. They do not renew automatically and have no fixed expiry period. A generation costs 20 credits at 480p, 45 at 720p, or 80 at 1080p. Credits consumed by a task recorded as failed are returned. This is different from a cash refund. Generation and checkout depend on their respective service configurations. The corresponding page shows whether each feature is available; an unavailable service does not accept a generation or payment request.

You remain responsible for your inputs and distribution. Processing a request requires the limited use of submitted material by the configured service providers. We do not guarantee exact likeness, a specific movement, uninterrupted service, copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance for commercial use. Add only music and other material you are entitled to use.

These terms remain incomplete because the legal operator, address and source-media permissions have not been verified. No statutory right or mandatory remedy is excluded. The unresolved disclosures must be completed before paid checkout is activated.
